Lynette Kosar is a Clinical Pharmacist with the Saskatoon Outpatient Cardiology Services (Heart Function Clinic, Medication Optimization Clinic, & Cardio-Oncology Clinic), and Information Support Pharmacist with the RxFiles Academic Detailing Program. She also holds a Clinical Professor Designation with the College of Pharmacy at the University of Saskatchewan.
