The Health Show Viewership Survey

During the past three years, the Health Region and Shaw Cable have produced The Health Show.  The show is designed to have local health care practitioners and local people talk about local health issues in an effort to improve the health of our communities.  Please take a moment to share your opinions and provide us with comments or suggestions to help us plan our fourth season.  Thank you.
